Thursday April 15, 2010 – Erica Nicole’s Training Day Thursday Many women complain each day about being out of shape, or feeling bloated. So my Training Day how to topic is all about fitness for women. I want to share with you a quick workout that takes less than 30 minutes! Do it each day, and I promise you WILL feel better! But before anything, you have to have a positive attitude that you can do this! Pick a time that you are at home and have about 30 minutes. For me, it is in the morning before I shower. We all have busy schedules and usually if something is put off, like working out, until the afternoon… it won’t get done. So I recommend in the morning once you wake up. First, start with 15 pushups. Then go for 15 complete sit ups. After that, do 30 lunges (that’s 15 per leg). It’s really that simple, just do 3 sets and you’re done! You will really be amazed, how after a couple days, you are feeling much better! And if you are in a hurry, then time yourself so you are pushing even harder!! This gets your heart rate going and that’s what we want! In addition to this daily workout, I watch what I eat and literally count the calories. You would be amazed at the difference it can make.
